Adelphia Properties’ Simeon Spirrison, CCIM and George Spirrison, CCIM have arranged a 3,500-square-foot, long-term lease at the former Mathers Café retail space located in Chicago.
Decision One Dental Partners will occupy the prime retail end cap space at 7134 W. Higgins Avenue in the Norwood Park neighborhood of Chicago. Adelphia represented the landlord in the leasing transaction.
