The listing generated multiple offers. The building is situated on .75 acres that offers outstanding frontage and visibility on a highly traveled commercial corridor at 10 E. Roosevelt Road. George Spirrison, CCIM and Simeon Spirrison, CCIM of Adelphia Properties represented the seller, a private Chicago-based real estate investor. A local Chicago-based private user/investor purchased the property.
