Adelphia Properties has brokered the sale of an 8,020-square-foot, freestanding building in Morton Grove, Illinois for an undisclosed price. A local Chicago-based private user/investor purchased the property.
The building is situated on a one-acre, highly traveled, signalized hard corner at 9300 Waukegan Road. George Spirrison, CCIM and Simeon Spirrison, CCIM of Adelphia Properties represented the seller, a private Chicago-based real estate investor.
