Adelphia Properties’ Simeon Spirrison, CCIM and George Spirrison, CCIM represented the landlord in arranging a 3,608-square-foot retail lease at 1 S. Prospect Avenue in Park Ridge, Illinois. Located in the historic Pickwick Theater building in downtown Park Ridge, Pazzi di Pizza will occupy the prime retail space.
The location had served as the iconic Pickwick Restaurant for more than 50 years before shuttering in 2014. Two separate attempts to revitalize the name and serve traditional Greek-American diner fare in the space opened and closed since then, the latest in 2017. Pazzi di Pizza has one other location in Elmhurst, Illinois.
