Adelphia Properties has brokered the sale of a 14,000-square-foot freestanding restaurant/sports bar retail building in Elmhurst, Illinois.
The building was formerly known as the Arena Sports Bar & Grille, a staple in the community for over 35 years. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The building is situated on 1.3 acres on the highly traveled commercial corridor located at 630 W. Lake St. The property was vacant at time of sale.
Simeon Spirrison, CCIM & George Spirrison, CCIM of Adelphia Properties represented the seller, the proprietor. A local Chicago-based user/investor purchased the property.
