Adolfson & Peterson Construction began construction on the interior build-out of a new Cook Children’s clinic in Arlington, Texas.
Construction is expected to be completed by January of 2026.
Located at 451 Highlander Blvd., the project involves the first-generation finish-out of an existing 6,734-square-foot, single-story shell building. Once complete, the space will serve as a pediatric primary care clinic with 15 exam rooms, treatment and lab spaces and a waiting area featuring a playroom for patients and their families, along with staff support spaces such as offices, a collaborative teamwork space and a break area.
E4H Architecture is serving as the project architect.
The Cook Children’s Arlington Clinic further strengthens AP’s presence in Texas, adding to the company’s portfolio of successful healthcare developments. AP is also constructing Heritage Oaks Dental Office in Marble Falls, an expansion of the Emergency Room at San Antonio’s Methodist Landmark Hospital and Cross Creek Behavioral Health Hospital in Austin.
