Adolfson & Peterson Construction, continuing its expansion in Minnesota, has named Brad Hendrickson as the firm’s new Chief Operating Officer.
In this role, Hendrickson will oversee business performance, advance operational efficiencies, and lead strategic initiatives that support the company’s continued national growth. As COO, Hendrickson will be responsible for ensuring alignment with AP’s long-term goals, championing a culture of innovation and collaboration, and driving safety and quality initiatives across the company’s markets.
Hendrickson brings more than 30 years of construction industry experience to the position. He began his career as a field engineer and steadily advanced through leadership roles including project manager, chief estimator, construction manager, area manager, and regional president.
Adolfson & Peterson Construction also promoted David Grandstaff to the role of Regional President for the company’s Midwest and Southwest regions.
Grandstaff now leads business strategy, regional operations, and client development across AP’s growing footprint. In his new position, Grandstaff will focus on financial performance, team growth, and aligning operations with client and market needs.
Grandstaff, who has more than 30 years of experience in construction and strategic planning, has played a pivotal role in expanding AP’s presence and partnerships throughout the region. His background includes deep expertise in business development and market strategy, helping teams win and deliver complex projects across sectors.
