Cushman & Wakefield has represented Adventus Realty Services, Inc., in lease renewal negotiations with Molina Healthcare of Illinois at 1520 Kensington Road at The Crossings of Oak Brook in Oak Brook, Illinois. The company occupies 37,127 square feet.
