The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported last week that the 22-story Chase Tower in downtown Milwaukee sold for $34.25 million. An affiliate of New York’s Group RMC purchased the building.
The 477,772-square-foot tower has 88,223 square feet of office space available for lease. Chase Bank is the anchor tenant.
Chase Tower was originally known as Marine Plaza when it was built in 1962. Marine Bank merged in the 1980s with Bank One. Chase Bank purchased Bank One in 2004.
