Two agents with Omaha’s Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company were awarded multiple honors at the 2017 CCIM BIG Deal awards banquest on Feb. 28 at Quarry Oaks Golf Club.
Awards are given for the largest transaction in the offce, retail, industrial and multifamily sectors, along with the overall largest transaction completed in 2017.
The Overall BIG Deal award was given to Scott Koethe of the Lund Company for the sale of the 438-unit Highlands Portfolio consisting of Club at Highland Park and Terrace Garden Townhomes. The combined sales price was $33.35 million.
Koethe also won the Multifamily BIG Deal with the 295-unit portfolio sale of Fireside Apartments and Chateau Apartments for a combined sales price of $19.95 million.
Koethe was awarded the Office BIG Deal for the sale of 3200 Samwon Way in Bellevue, Nebraska, a 116,946-square-foot office building, for $8.6 million.
Denny Sciscoe won the Industrial BIG Deal for selling 13333 Lyman Drive, a 78,204-square-foot industrial building in Omaha for $6.5 million.
