Agree Realty Corporation will expand its campus in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, with the purchase of 44 E. Long Lake Road. Construction began on March 1 and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2019.
The newly created campus will include an ADC Wellness Center, auditorium, collaborative meeting areas and integrated technology. The company’s existing headquarters at 70 E. Long Lake in Bloomfield Hills, received a 2015 American Institute of Architects Honor Award for its architecture and design.
Biddison Architecture + Design will once again work with the Company to expand its campus into 44 E. Long Lake. The new structure will incorporate contemporary interior and exterior finishes that will create transparency, symmetry and a unique campus setting between the two buildings.
