Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently closed the sale of an apartment building in the Rogers Park neighborhood on the North Side of Chicago. The 30-unit building located at 7621 N. Sheridan sold for $4,350,000 and $145,000 per unit.
Bill Cassin of AIA was the sole broker involved in the sale.
AIA is currently marketing another 26-unit courtyard apartment building in the Rogers Park neighborhood located at 7329 N. Honore for $2,900,000 and $111,538 per unit.
