Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently closed the sale of an apartment building in the Austin neighborhood on Chicago’s west side. The 33-unit building, located at 5645 W. Washington Boulevard, sold for $1,960,000 or $59,394 per unit.
Jack Cassin of AIA was the sole broker involved in the sale.
