Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently closed the sale of an apartment building in the Bronzeville neighborhood on Chicago’s South Side. The 37-unit building, located at 4817 S. King Drive, sold for $2,350,000 or $63,514 per unit.
Mike Lindblad of AIA was the sole broker involved in the sale. Bronzeville has seen a lot of interest considering the ideal location between the South Loop and Hyde Park.
“This was a rare opportunity to bring new life to a larger scale property along the historic boulevard on King Drive,” said Lindblad.
