Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently sold multiple apartment buildings in the Logan Square, Hermosa and Humboldt Park neighborhoods of Chicago.
AIA sold a seven-unit apartment building located at 2417 N. Monticello Avenue in the Logan Square neighborhood, along with a 10-unit apartment building located at 3000 N. Kilbourn Avenue in the Hermosa neighborhood, in a package deal for $1,850,000 and $108,823 per unit. Jack Cassin and Dan Egan of AIA were the brokers involved in the sale.
AIA sold a six-unit apartment building located at 2240 N. Sawyer Avenue in Logan Square for $1,750,000 and $291,666 per unit. Bill Cassin of AIA was the sole broker involved in the sale. The firm also sold an eight-unit apartment building located at 4233 W. Potomac Avenue in the Humboldt Park neighborhood for $545,000 and $68,125 per unit. Mike Lindblad of AIA was the sole broker involved in the sale.
AIA has several other apartment investment opportunities currently available on the west and northwest sides of Chicago, including the West Loop, the Near West Side, Logan Square, Hermosa, Belmont Cragin, Humboldt Park and Austin.
