AIA sells nine-unit building, markets 12-unit building in Lincoln Square

Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently closed the sale of a nine-unit, mixed-use building in the Lincoln Square neighborhood on Chicago’s North Side. Located on the southeast corner of Foster and Lincoln Avenues, 5151 N. Lincoln Avenue sold for $1,881,000 or $209,000 per unit. Bill Cassin of AIA was the sole broker involved in the sale.

AIA recently brought a mixed-use building in the Lincoln Square neighborhood to market. The 12-unit building, located at 2607 W. Lawrence Avenue, features eight renovated two-bedroom/two-bathroom apartments over four retail spaces, as well as a 12-car gated parking lot. The asking price is $2,950,000 or $246,000 per unit.
