Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently closed the sale of an apartment building in Chicago’s northern suburb of Evanston, Illinois. The six-unit building, located at 116 Keeney Street, sold for $1,650,000 or $275,000 per unit.
Jack Cassin of AIA was the sole broker involved in the sale.
