At AIRE‘s November Membership Luncheon, Scott Duerkop, JLL, announced that the association collected dozens of bags of canned food goods and other non-perishable items as well as nearly $1,500 is cash contributions for its Annual Thanks For Giving Food Drive. All proceeds will goto A Safe Haven Foundation for Women and Children to support those less fortunate and transform their Thanksgiving.
The meeting also featured an engaging discussion on the industrial capital markets activity that is highlighted by historic low cap rates. The panel was moderated by Mark Saturno, Molto Properties and included Steve Disse, Colliers International; Ryan Stoller, VentureOne; and Paul White, LaSalle Investment Management.
