On Tuesday, May 10 at the Rosewood Restaurant, the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) will present A Broker’s Guide to Distressed Real Estate as its monthly Lunch, Learn and Lead program.
Randy Podolsky, SIOR, Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International, will moderate a panel that will include Joseph Plahm, American Chartered Bank; Don Shapiro, Foresite Realty Partners, LLC; and Tom Jaros (Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC).
According to Podolsky, while the level of distress in the industrial market in Chicago is not as substantial as other property types, it remains an issue that is having impact on the market.
Registration for the program begins at 11:30 am. Lunch will begin at noon and the panel discussion part of the program will begin shortly thereafter.
