Albany Square Shopping Center, a 29,891-square foot retail property located in Chicago, has sold for $5 million, according to Marcus & Millichap.
A private investor bought the shopping center at 4415-4453 North Pulaski Road. Victor Cornelio and Brian Parmacek, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago O’Hare office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, alimited liability company.
