Chicago-based Albion Residential along with their partners Koplar Properties and Theis Group announced the groundbreaking of Magnolia Ridge in Des Peres, Missouri, marking another major investment in St. Louis for Albion who recently broke ground on Albion West End.
Magnolia Ridge is a five-story, 182-unit, amenity laden community with a principal address of 13431 Manchester Road in Des Peres, MO. It will feature a state-of-the-art fitness center with sauna and yoga room, private dining room, game lounge, resident speakeasy with wine lockers, dog wash and dog run, outdoor pool with pool house which will also feature a golf simulator and resident mini mart.
The construction of the tower is being led by Brinkmann Constructors and construction financing was provided by Old National Bank. Project completion of Magnolia Ridge is scheduled to be completed Spring 2027.
Albion Residential Investment in St. Louis Area
In September, Albion Residential began construction on Albion West End, a 30-story residential tower that will serve as a striking gateway to St. Louis’s Central West End.
Located at 4974 Lindell Boulevard and financed by Pacific Life, Albion West End is set to become a landmark addition to the city’s skyline. The development will feature 305 luxury residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, along with ground-floor retail. Amenities will include a resort-style pool deck, rooftop terrace with panoramic city views, and hospitality-inspired communal spaces designed to foster connection and well-being. Construction of Albion West End is expected to be completed in Summer 2027.
