Albion Residential and Clayco broke ground last week on Albion West End, a 30-story residential tower that will serve as a gateway to St. Louis’s Central West End.
St. Louis Mayor Cara Spencer joined Albion, Clayco, and community dignitaries to mark the occasion. The project brings together a best-in-class team, including developer Albion Residential, Koplar Properties, design firm Lamar Johnson Collaborative (LJC), builder Clayco, façade partner Ventana, and concrete contractor Concrete Strategies.
Located at 4974 Lindell Boulevard, Albion West End is set to become a landmark addition to the city’s skyline. The development will feature 305 luxury residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, along with ground-floor retail. Amenities will include a resort-style pool deck, rooftop terrace with panoramic city views, and hospitality-inspired communal spaces designed to foster connection and well-being.
