Alex Brown Realty and Biynah Industrial Partners have entered into a joint venture to acquire the Milwaukee Industrial Portfolio in Milwaukee.
The portfolio includes five buildings totaling 422,950 square feet. All the buildings were built from 1979 to 1997.
The first two buildings are in the Pewaukee submarket, while buildings three and four are within Milwaukee’s airport market. Building five is located in the Franklin submarket.
The portfolio is currently 100 percent occupied by 10 tenants. Fortune 500 companies FedEx, General Electric, Northwestern Mutual and Becton Dickinson make up about 75 percent of the tenant base.
