Alissa Braun has joined ECS Midwest in the Buffalo Grove, IL office as an Environmental Project Manager. Ms. Braun specializes in Phase I Environmental Site assessments, Transaction Screen Processes (TSPs) and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments for a variety of site locations. She has conducted numerous due diligence assessments for vacant or undeveloped land, residential sites, commercial/retail properties, automotive garages, and industrial facilities. Her day to day responsibilities include on-site project related tasks, project oversight, report preparation, budgeting, and day-to-day client interaction. She is also responsible for preparing reports that comply with both ASTM and client-specific protocol.
