All American Containers, a global packaging solutions company, has leased a 51,624-square-foot office and warehouse at 851 E. Park Ave. in Libertyville, Illinois.
The two-building, 406,000-square-foot development features 32-foot ceiling heights, flexible dock space, and ample truck and car parking. Each building is divisible by 20,000 square feet. The development is located in proximity to major local and regional transportation corridors, including I-94, I-176 and I-137.
The All American Container space will include approximately 4,500 sf of build-to-suit offices. The tenant expects to take occupancy in spring 2016.
The tenant was represented by Avison Young Principals Keith Puritz and Brett Kroner, and Eric Fischer, a senior vice-president in the Chicago office. Bridge Development Partners was represented by Avison Young Principals Michael Fonda and John Hauser.
