Allegro Senior Living recently held the ground-breaking of its 12th seniors housing community. The new communty is located at 1055 Bellevue Ave. in Richmond Heights, Missouri.
This will be the first Allegro seniors housing community in the St. Louis market, the company’s headquarters.
The community will include 87 units within 91,000 square feet of assisted-living and memory-care spaces. First occupancy is expected in the fall of 2018. When complete, Allego expects that the seniors community will create 80 permanent jobs.
