Darwin Realty & Development Corp. has completed the sale of a 51,023-square-foot industrial building at 945 Larch Ave. in Elmhurst to Alliance Hose & Rubber Co., which is relocating from Elk Grove Village to Elmhurst.
Dan Fanelli, principal; George Cibula, chairman; and Jeff Provenza of Darwin Realty & Development Corp. represented the seller, a private investment group. Jonathan Kohn of Colliers International represented the buyer in the transaction.
The building features 22-foot ceiling clearance, 5,000 square feet of finished office and four interior docks with levelers.
