Alliant Capital, a national debt financier for the multi-family industry, recently closed a $9.5 million refinance of Summer Place apartments, a 180-unit garden-style multi-family property in Granger, Ind.
Aaron Abelson, Alliant’s senior vice president for the Midwest region, originated the transaction.
The loan closed on Aug. 1 of this year with a 4.11 percent interest rate and a 10-year fixed-rate term with 30-year amortization.
