Chicago-based commercial real estate investment banking firm Alpha Capital CRE recently welcomed Sean Truesdale to their team as a vice president. Truesdale specializes in commercial real estate debt and equity placement across all asset classes nationwide.
Truesdale has been involved in over $500 million of commercial real estate capital markets transactions and was previously a senior associate with Pangea Mortgage Capital, a CRE bridge and special situations lender based in Chicago. He also spent three years as an analyst in the capital markets group of Pangea Properties, a private REIT based in Chicago. Truesdale started his career with Cortland Capital Market Services (now Alter Domus) in their investor relations group.
