Alpha Partners completed the demolition phase of its redevelopment of a 4.9-acre lot on Stringtown Road, the first major entry point to the south side of Columbus, Ohio.
Earlier this month, construction crews demolished half of the former Days Inn at 1849 Stringtown Road in Grove City, Ohio. This work was done in preparation for new retail and medical office leasing opportunities.
Part of the main retail corridor for Grove Cit, Ohio, 1849 Stringtown Road is a high-visibility location with easy access to Interstate-71. The site is ready for a small strip center and could include a drive-through quick-service restaurant.
The Days Inn that has been demolished will be rehabilitated from the inside out.
