Alston Construction has broken ground on a 108,000-square-foot supportive-living facility in Downers Grove, Illinois.
Lacey Creek Supportive Living Facility will be a three-story facility at 4200 Lacey Road, just north of Ogden Avenue, and will include 120 residential units, with 60 studios and 60 one-bedroom suites.
Lacey Creek is being developed by Ridge Development Company, a Transwestern Company, on behalf of the ownership entity Downers Grove Supportive Living Facility LLC.
The facility will be managed by Gardant Management Solutions, formerly BMA Management. Gardant manages nearly 40 assisted/senior living and memory care communities, and is the largest assisted living provider in Illinois.
