Alta Roosevelt, under construction at 801 S. Financial Place in Chicago’s South Loop, has begun leasing. Property owner Wood Partners worked with architect Pappageorge Haymes Partners to ensure that no detail was overlooked in the 33-story, luxury residential high-rise, from the spacious lobby to the unrivaled amenities spaces.
The building will feature 496 rental residences, including studios, convertibles and one-, two- and three-bedroom units, within 390,606 square feet of residential space. All living spaces are finished with plank flooring, quartz countertops, keyless Bluetooth smartphone unity entry and Nest thermostats.
“We’re proud to offer our residents a heightened level of access to amenities and a comfortable lifestyle,” said Clay Iman, Wood Partners Chicago-based director. “Already, we’ve had residents of the neighborhood moving into our community, eager to make use of the wonderful communal spaces and luxury amenities throughout Alta Roosevelt.”
A spacious rooftop deck—one of the largest in the city—offers a pool, spa, outdoor bar, outdoor pool table, outdoor foosball, grilling stations, private cabanas, fire pit with multiple surrounding seating areas and grassy rooftop space. Canine friends also have multiple places to play on the premises including one of the largest pet parks, a second outdoor park, pet lounge and grooming stations.
Other amenities include the only residential mini-bowling alley in the South Loop, a large theater room with a connected deck space, a demonstration kitchen, access to a 24-hour fitness center, 24-hour door staff, on-site dry cleaning, all-day package pick up, on-site massage and a bike maintenance shop.
The grand opening event is scheduled for June 14, 2018, though leasing is now underway with units available for immediate move-in. Apartments range in size from 466 to 1,476 square feet.
