Rush Creek Commerce Center II in Worthington, Ohio, was sold Dec. 30 for $3.735 million. An investment group led by Brad Kitchen, president of Alterra Real Estate Advisors in Columbus, Ohio, purchased the property.
Rush Creek is a 107,410-square-foot office and office warehouse property located on East Wilson Bridge Road in Worthington. The three-building complex on 11.7 acres was built in 1983. Tenants include Cleverly & Assocaites, American Building Maintenance, George J. Igel & Company and LS Manufacturing.
The center has 17,000 square feet of office and 6,000 square feet of office/warehouse space available.
