Brad Kitchen, president of Alterra Real Estate Advisors, purchased a 208,000-square-foot industrial building at 711 Distribution Drive in Columbus, Ohio, with a group of investors.
The property sits on nine acres, and is located on the west side of Columbus.
The investor group, led by Kitchen, closed on the property June 1 for $2.03 million after bidding on the property at auction.
Alterra Real Estate Advisors will lease and manage the property, which is currently 50-percent occupied by Quad Graphics. The building has 100,000 square feet remaining to lease out.
