Brad Kitchen, president of Alterra Real Estate Advisors, brokered the sale of a 25,672-square-foot truck terminal property on 9.71 acres in Columbus, Ohio. An out-of-state investor purchased the property for $1.76 million.
The property, located on Thrailkill Road in Columbus, contains three buildings, including an 11,260-square-foot truck terminal and two warehouse/maintenance buildings.
The existing tenant, Glenco Equipment Company, signed a long-term lease as a condition of the sale.
