Ambrose Property Group has begun development on the fourth building at Fairfield Commerce Park in the northwest Cincinnati submarket.

Part of the 232,960-square-foot building is leased to SAF-Holland Group, while another 97,470 square feet is still available. The Class-A distribution building is also seeking LEED certification.

Fairfield Commerce Park is a 137-acre master planned park located in the northwest Cincinnati submarket. Strategically positioned near the convergence of I-275 and I-75 in the heart of Cincinnati’s largest industrial area, the park will have five Class-A distribution buildings totaling nearly 2 million square feet. Buildings will range in size from 200,000 square feet to more than 600,000 square feet.
