American Street Capital announced that Jill Martin has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a vice president. She will focus on sourcing debt opportunities throughout the suburban markets of Chicago.
Martin brings more than 11 years of loan origination and business development experience to ASC with a heavy focus on bridge debt and loan workouts in her prior position.
She has worked as a commercial banker throughout her career, having been a Senior Commercial Banker at Old Second Bank and Assistant Vice-President at Citizens First National Bank and First Merit Bank. Her most recent experience was a Senior Consultant for Bank Advisors, LTD focusing on supporting challenged commercial banks restructure their portfolios.
