Greenfield, Wis.-based Anderson Commercial Group recently assisted Casting Point Tower LLC in its purchase of a 30,000-square-foot office building from 1818 LLC in Milwaukee’s downtown Fifth Ward.
Steve Anderson and Nicole Hohnstein-Allard of Anderson Commercial Group served as the brokers in the transaction.
The office property currently houses the Wisconsin Housing Economic Development Authority. Andrson Commercial Group will continue to market the existing space in the building.
