Molto Properties announced the promotion of Andrew Karabon to senior analyst.
“Since joining the Molto Team in 2016, Andrew has exhibited a desire to grow and has been integral to our success,” Mike Powers, Molto senior principal and chief investment officer said. “We look forward to his further contribution to the expansion of our footprint in the industrial market across the United States.”
Prior to joining the Molto team, Karabon’s previous position was with Duff & Phelps’ real estate advisory group as an analyst. In this capacity, Karabon performed portfolio valuations and purchase price allocations for some of the largest industrial transactions that occurred between 2014 and 2016. He earned his bachelors of business administration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison where he triple majored in finance, real estate and risk management.
