Andrew Maletich has been promoted to Vice President with Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate. Maletich joined the firm in July of 2011 and this is already his 2nd promotion. Andrew finished 2014 as the second top producer in the firm.
Andrew represents property owners and tenants in and around the O’Hare, North DuPage and West Cook markets of Chicago in acquisitions and leasing of industrial real estate assets. Andrew has provided value to numerous business owners and institutional real estate owners through lease and sale transactions in excess of $25,000,000.
