The Chicago offices of CBRE represented Ankura Consulting in a successful negotiation of a 9,500-square-foot, multiyear lease at 1 N. Wacker Dr. in Chicago, Illinois.
Kyle Kamin and Dan Persa of CBRE represented ANkura in the transaction while building owner, Irvine Cos., was represented by Brad Despot of Avison Young.
Ankura, which is headquartered in Washington DC, has experienced growth in the Chicago market and expects that to continue. Ankura provides business consulting advisory and expert services in situations such as corporate turnaround and restructuring.
Ankura is currently building out its new offices at 1 North Wacker on the 19th floor while working out temporary space on the building’s 29th floor. They are scheduled to move into their permanent space later this fall.
