Alpine Realty Capital, an Ann Arbor, Michigan-based advisor in hospitality real estate investment and a member of Hotel Brokers International, was recently named Broker of the Year at the organization’s annual business meeting.
Alpine maintains an active presence throughout the State of Michigan. However, 2025 proved particularly strong in the state’s northern resort communities. The firm closed multiple transactions in Traverse City, Mackinaw City, the Upper Peninsula, and Petoskey, among other markets.
In addition to Broker of the Year honors, Alpine was also recognized for Transaction of the Year for negotiating the sale of the Baywatch and Beach Haus Resorts on the beautiful East Bay of Grand Traverse Bay in Traverse City, Michigan.
