Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc. have renewed their leases at Westbrook Corporate Center, according to NAI Hiffman, who represented the owner, Equity Office Properties, in the transactions.

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital currently occupies 6,988 square feet of space at Tower Three for one of its outpatient centers and Sirius Computer Solutions, a tech company that delivers system integration and technology services for its clients, will continue to occupy its 6,973 square feet long-term.

Westbrook Corporate Center was part of a portfolio acquired by Equity Office Properties in the third quarter of 2015.  The five-building, 1.15 million-square-foot complex recently completed a major lobby renovation in each of its five towers.

Amenities at the property include childcare, fitness center, full-service café, a recently renovated Starbucks and convenience store.

David Mahoney and Meredith Soren Freese of CBRE represented Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and Tom Peters and Dale Scott of CBRE represented Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc.

Jim Adler and Dan O’Neill, both executive vice presidents with NAI Hiffman‘s office services group, represented Equity Office Properties in the transactions.
