Aon Center announced a new lease with the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA). BCBSA will occupy 95,070 RSF of the newly redeveloped high rise. Tenants of Aon Center enjoy views of Lake Michigan, Millennium Park, and the city, with access to lots of outdoor space. BCBSA will join other brands in Aon Center such as Kraft Heinz, Microsoft, KPMG, JLL, and AON.
Originally built in 1973, Aon Center is the fourth tallest building in Chicago’s skyline and serves as the crown jewel of the East Loop. The building offers tenants a compelling office experience, all while being steps away from Lake Michigan, Millennium Park, and Michigan Avenue.
Jamey Dix and Jeff Dowdell of The Telos Group, LLC represented ownership in the transaction. Lisa Konieczka at CBRE represented BCBSA.
