Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently closed the sale of a three-building, 77-unit apartment portfolio in Chicago. The properties, all on the city’s South Side, sold for a combined $2,679,000.
The properties are located at 7900 S. Essex Avenue in the South Shore neighborhood, 7701 S. Cottage Grove Avenue in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood and 7903 S. Eberhart Avenue in the Chatham neighborhood. Jack Cassin, managing broker of AIA, was the sole broker involved in the sale.
