Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently facilitated the sale of an apartment building in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. The 17-unit building, which is located in the Wrigleyville community at 3500 N. Wilton Avenue, closed for $3,481,250.
The property is two blocks from Wrigley Field, one block from the CTA Red Line Train stop at Addison and a half mile from Lincoln Park and the lakefront. Bill Cassin of AIA was the sole broker involved in the sale. This marks the third apartment building sale within Lakeview for AIA and Bill Cassin in 2019, having sold a six-unit building at 3945 N. Greenview Avenue and a 13-unit building at 1301 W. Cornelia Avenue earlier in the year.
