Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently closed a 10-unit apartment building in Oak Park, Illinois, according to managing broker Jack Cassin. George Cassin of AIA was the sole broker involved in the transaction.
Located at 250 S. Maple Avenue, the asset sold for $1,175,000. The three-story, masonry construction property is within walking distance of the CTA Harlem/Lake Green Line station, as well as Metra’s Oak Park station.
