Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently closed on the sales of two apartment buildings in Chicago’s Roger Park neighborhood. The combined sale price was more than $4.3 million.
The 19-unit building located at 2018 W. Estes closed for $2,200,000 and another 19-unit building located at 1620 W. Farwell closed for $2,150,000. AIA represented a single seller in the sale of the properties, but closed with two different buyers in separate transactions after marketing the properties as a package and in individual offerings. Bill Cassin of AIA was the sole broker involved in the marketing and sale of both properties.
