Arbor Commercial Funding recently climbed the rankings of the top 10 Fannie Mae DUS Multi-Family Lenders list. This is the fourth consecutive year in which Arbor has achieved this feat.
Arbor jumped two spots to the sixth position for 2010 in volume.
Arbor ranked 10th on this list in 2007, ninth in 2008 and eighth in 2009.
