Arbor Commercial Mortgage provides funding for six multifamly buildings across Michigan

Arbor Commercial Mortgage recently funded six loans totaling $29.855 million across Michigan under the Fannie Mae DUS Small Loan, Freddie Mac Small Balance Loan and FHA 223(f) programs.

Mike Jehle, vice president in Arbor’s Oklahoma City office, originated all of the loans.

Arbor provided a $20.4 million loan for Aspen Lakes Estate Apartments in Holt. This multifamily project comes with 213 units.

Oakwood Villa Apartments in Royal Oaks, a 100-unit multifamily property, received $2.7 million, while the 110-unit multifamily Garfield Park Apartments in Fraser received $2.25 million.

Arbor provided $1.9 million to Danbury Apartments, a 66-unit property in Grand Rapids, and $1.6 million to North Park Cooperative, a 94-unit multifamily property in Detroit.

Oak Park Apartments, a 42-unit property in Grand Rapids, received $1 million.
